Leafsup offers convenient, nutrient-rich green smoothie packs made from fresh, locally sourced vegetables. These vegetables are blanched, blended, and frozen into individual-sized packs. Each pack contains five key ingredients—kale, spinach, collards, parsley, and mint—making it easy to incorporate more greens into your diet without added sugars or preservatives.

Each pack contains 60 grams of blended leafy greens, equivalent to 1 cup of pre-blanched leafy greens. The USDA recommends adults consume 2 to 4 cups of vegetables daily, depending on age, sex, and physical activity level.

Leafsup can be used in a variety of ways:

• Smoothie base: Add it to a blender with fruits and liquid.

• Green juice: Simply mix with water.

• Cooking: Incorporate it into soups, sauces, or baked goods for a boost of nutrient-dense leafy greens.

Free local delivery is available in the Portland, Oregon area. Deliveries are made every Tuesday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. During checkout, you’ll have the option to select free local delivery if your address is within our delivery zone.

Please note: Leafsup needs to stay frozen. If you won’t be home to accept your delivery and put it in the freezer, let us know. We can add a cold pack to your delivery or arrange an alternative drop-off time.

For 30-pack and 60-pack orders, you can set up a subscription for monthly or bi-monthly delivery. Subscription orders include a 10% discount. Local delivery subscriptions are also available.

We currently ship within the continental United States. If we don’t ship to your location, you won’t be able to complete the checkout process.

Shipping rates depend on the size (weight) of your order and your location. Because we ship our product frozen, shipping can be expensive. West Coast shipping starts at $12, while East Coast two-day air shipping can cost up to $80.

Yes! We pack our boxes with dry ice or ice packs to ensure Leafsup smoothie packs remain frozen during transit. Leafsup is perishable and should stay frozen to maintain quality and food safety. Be sure to transfer your items to a freezer as soon as they arrive.
