Ingredients:

  • 1 leafsup pack, thawed

  • 1 cup of fresh parsley leaves

  • 1 cup of fresh cilantro leaves

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 1 shallot

  • 1 cup of extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp of dried oregano

  • 2 tsp of red pepper flakes

  • 1 tsp of salt

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and chop the parsley and cilantro leaves.

  2. In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients.

  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired. You can add more salt, pepper, or vinegar to taste.
