Try adding leafsup to a muffin pre-mix!

Short on time or ingredients? No problem! Leafsup green smoothie packs can be used as a healthy and nutritious substitute for liquid ingredients in a pre-mix muffin recipe. Here's how you can incorporate Leafsup into your favorite pre-mix muffin recipe:

  1. First, determine the amount of liquid required by your pre-mix muffin recipe. This information should be provided on the packaging or in the recipe instructions.

  2. Take an equal amount of Leafsup frozen green smoothie pack and let it thaw slightly, so that it becomes soft enough to mix.

  3. Add the thawed Leafsup smoothie pack to the dry muffin mix and stir until well combined. The greens in leafsup may add a slight green tint to the batter, but this will not affect the taste or texture of the muffins.

  4. Follow the rest of the recipe instructions, such as adding eggs and oil, and bake according to the specified time and temperature.

Using leafsup as a liquid substitute in your muffin recipe can provide a range of health benefits, including an extra boost of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. The blend of greens in leafsup, such as broccoli, kale, spinach, parsley, and mint, can help to promote healthy digestion, boost immunity, and reduce inflammation. It can also add a subtle and earthy flavor to your muffins, making them even more delicious and nutritious!

These muffins are perfect for a quick breakfast or snack and can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature. They also make a great option for meal prep or on-the-go snacking. Enjoy!
