  •  ½ a banana

  • ½ cup pineapple, frozen or fresh

  • ½ cup mango, frozen or fresh

  • 1 slice of ginger

  • 1 slice of lime, with rind

  • 1 cup of water or nut milk

Instructions:

  1. Add the leafsup pack into the blender. *Tip- run the leafsup pack under warm water for a few seconds to loosen before removing from the pack. This will make it easier for the frozen leafsup to come out of the pack. 

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the blend and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
